If you are too nauseated  to continue, quite frankly you are inadequately trained for that stressor of an ultramarathon. Blisters, dead legs, muscle pain, and all the remaining items on the list are similar. They are all stressors in an ultramarathon, and they can all be trained. The key is that you have to know what the science says in these areas in order to know how to train them.
